Shipping & Tracking Numbers
We ship by USPS postal service and also UPS. By providing an email, you should get a USPS tracking number sent to you. PLEASE NOTE THAT UPS CANNOT DELIVER TO A POST OFFICE BOX.

Notes on Expedited Shipping
Choosing 3 day, 2nd day or Next Day does not necessarily guarantee that you will receive the product in that time frame. Please understand we require time to process your order. Although we try to process orders the same day they are received if placed during week day business hours, orders received after 3:00 PM may not process till the next business day. Process means packaging and scheduling package pickup. In most cases, USPS is picked up the next day after processing. In most cases UPS is picked up same day as processing. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following Monday. Postal service holidays will delay shipping. ALSO NOTE THAT UPS WILL NOT GO OUT ON A SATURDAY OR SUNDAY
Please understand we require time to process your order. If you need a product by a specific date, please call before you order to make sure its in stock and we can process it in time for you. There are no refunds for delays with expedited shipping methods.

Backorders
Customers cannot order items if they are marked in red, Out of Stock. We make every effort to reorder out of stock items as soon as possible. At times the inventory could be inaccurate and if an item is found to be out of stock, the customer will be notified and given the option of cancelling the order or waiting for it to arrive back in stock.

Returns
Most items have a 30 day return policy. Items not returnable are: Gas valves, circuit boards, custom cut gaskets, electronic components or otherwise noted on the product description on the Online Store

If you need to return something, please call or email first for instructions.

You will be refunded the original purchase minus a 10% restocking fee. You will not be refunded any of the original shipping and are responsible for the shipping fee back to us.

Items should be returned in their original packaging and resalable. Please ship the returning package via a shipping process that provides tracking#, when returning an item either from your postal service or UPS. All products will be examined and tested before a refund is issued. Returns sent without prior authorization and a RMA, or incorrect address will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Cancellations & changes
We cannot cancel your processed order if it has been shipped. Orders are best cancelled the same day placed and ideally within 60 minutes of placing the order. Customer should call by phone and also email for cancellation confirmation if they are unsure. The ordering system is automated, and it is difficult to change or add to an order once it has been placed. Call if you have a question or request.

Restocking fees
A 10% restocking fee is charged on all returns. 20% restocking fee is charged if authorization is not obtained first

International Shipping
We offer international shipping for the Online Store to Canada. Items will be sent by USPS United States Postal Service. Customers will be responsible for any tariffs or taxes assigned by Candanian customs authorities.
